Guarda che non era difficile spezzare i due volti e unirli, avresti dovuto però mantenere lo stesso punto di ripresa, o comunque mantenere la stessa posizione della testa. Mi auguro che i capelli siano tornati al loro posto  .

See that was not hard to break the two faces and put them together, but you should keep the same point of recovery, or at least maintain the same head position. I hope that your hair is back in place :-).

Dovevi usare il treppiede, stessa luce e posizione, magari trovando un riferimento o segnando posizione del soggetto
poi quando ci vediamo ti dico di più.

Valeriucciaaaaaaa, you've got, good idea, photo does not equal distance from the focal plane, I agree with Luke.
You had to use a tripod, same light and position, maybe getting a reference or marking the position of the subject
