The vision that we offer this little king is undoubtedly very good where detail is evident, I think two things would have been to keep in mind.
The first is correctable in PP arrange the RGB triplet, which suggests that blacks are a bit 'closed.
The second.
Share the choice to fill the frame with the subject when it is possible without prejudice, however, to give sufficient space between the same subject and the edges, in this case the paw seems too glued to the left side. photo.

Thanks Max, for the narrow components was stronger than me ... the title I have chosen at random!

Simone.

That sharpness! Ignorant I would like to know if this kind of shots we rely on luck or have a "aviary" in which design shooting?
Simone.

Thanks Simon for the ride. Let's say that luck is to be cultivated without necessarily get to have an aviary. The swallowtail is fairly easy to breed (the friend Federico Zeni has published a guide in this regard) and be able to be present when the butterfly emerges from the chrysalis increases the chances of getting good shots. The swallowtail butterflies you see in this my galleri are all born in my garden and shortly after the shots have flown away ...
