The photo presents many imperfections and smudges, I have the feeling that even if it seemed totally still some small movement did so because you see some "ghost" for example near the antenna to the left of the picture and even the eye. Others are smudges probably due to the lack of some shots. I would have asked how many shots were but considering that it is a picture of two years ago you may not remember.
