Ciao, mi sa che non hai scelto l'orario migliore per riprendere un soggetto bianco... in questi casi (anche se è meglio evitare la luce dura) potevi solo usare spot e sottoesporre brutalmente 
Alternativa (se non già attuata): sottoesponi direttamente in Camera Raw e prova a vedere se recuperi; poi acquisisci più dettaglio in PS con il Luci/Ombre.

Hello, I know that you have not chosen the best time to shoot a white subject ... in these cases (although it is best to avoid the harsh light) you could only use spot and underexpose brutally ;-)
Alternatively (if not already implemented): sottoesponi directly in Camera Raw and try to see if recoveries, then acquire more detail in PS with the Shadow / Highlight.
