Bellissima foto, per me è un sogno.
Ieri notte ho fatto degli esperimenti, ISO 100 posa B, ma quanto tempo devo tenere aperto?
Meglio ISO 800 e esposizione corta o viceversa?
Dammi qualche consiglio!
Grazie e complimenti!
Ciao
Alessandro

Beautiful photo, for me is a dream.
Last night I did some experiments, ISO 100 bulb, but how long should I keep it open?
Better ISO 800 and short exposure or vice versa?
Give me some advice!
Thank you and congratulations!

Ciao Alessandro!
Buona fortuna ;-)

Hello Alessandro!
Start by telling you who do this type of photo is anything but simple.
This for example is made up of 150 pictures lasting 30 seconds each shot repeatedly, do 2 calculations for the total time. The photos are then put together with a software, such as "Startrail" for example.
Here I used iso 800 But I must tell you that a photo like this from any city it is almost impossible to obtain; this was taken from Croatia, where there was a minimum of light pollution. I advise you to try in the mountains!
I forgot, you have to use a remote control to lock the shutter button!
Good luck;-)

Alessandro

Thanks for the explanation, I have the opportunity to go to the mountains where there is an astronomical observatory, I've been there and actually moonless nights is dark.
The next time the weather / lunar allow'll try.
I'll let you know the result, thanks to you soon!
Alessandro
