La composizione è attenta ed anche l'elaborazione HDR non mi sembra male, hai resistito alla tentazione di forzare troppo i toni e ne hai ricavato una foto di effetto ma ancora, come dire, di questo pianeta.
Si nota un po' il bagliore nella zona tra il cielo e le case.
Lo scopo della tecnica dell'HDR è quello di consentirci di produrre immagini con ampia gamma tonale, nella tua foto noto alcune zone critiche sia nelle luci che nelle ombre, può darsi che la cosa sia voluta ma generalmente si tende a non oltrepassare i bordi dell'istogramma, soprattutto con l'HDR il cui scopo è proprio quello di evitare questo problema.
Ti suggerisco in fase di scatto di controllare l'istogramma di tutti gli scatti che fai con questa tecnica per valutare bene se hai coperto tutta la gamma di luce della scena che riprendi. In caso contrario puoi compensare l'esposizione oppure fare altri scatti, 5, 7, 9, per coprire l'intera gamma. Vedrai che Photomatix ringrazierà.
Buona la gestione del rumore, di solito un po' critica in questo genere di elaborazioni.

Non sono sicuro di aver capito se facevi riferimento a questo tipo di problema nell'immagine. Se così non fosse non formalizzarti e scrivimi pure che non ho capito una cippa!! ahahahaha

Oltre a tutto ciò che hanno già detto aggiungerei soltanto un'appunto sul cielo.
Forse è dovuto al fatto che hai abbassato la luminosità o forse all'elaborazione HDR ma lo vedo troppo scuro rispetto alla luminosità dei palazzi.

Fondere le immagini in Photoshop attraverso livelli e maschere, così facendo si può arrivare ad una resa molto naturale anche se ci vuole un po' di pratica

Catherine, is something that some call "double exposure"? if it is what I understand what you mean and I can tell that already use this technique (I did practice with the tutorial Juza.) I preferred this to "exaggerate" a bit '... :-P

Ciao per essere la prima decisamente un buon lavoro. Mi piacciono punto di ripresa e composizione anche se si nota troppo Lo stacco tra case e cielo sottolineato da un bagliore periferico. Su questo lavoraci ed avrai risultati ancora migliori. Bello scatto!
