Il Palau de la Musica Catalana en Barcelona è il capolavoro di uno dei più grandi architetti della storia spagnola, Lluís Domènech i Montaner (per darvi un'idea di chi stiamo parlando... fu il maestro di Gaudì...), che ha progettato questo incredibile, magnifico e lussuoso palazzo mischiando architettura e musica in un'unica anima. Questa foto è dedicata allo splendido soffitto in vetro e ferro progettato per la sala dei concerti, un soffitto che regala una incredibile luce alla sala e offre un'impareggiabile resa acustica, soprattutto per i toni alti (soprani). Il vetro è un materiale fantastico per questi scopi, perchè riflette perfettamente il suono, respingendolo (se ve lo state chiedendo, questo mosaico é composto da oltre 15 mila vetri). Questo soffitto / lucernario, espressione massima del Modernismo, richiama tre aspetti del mondo naturale: il sole, che ci illumina e scalda coi suoi raggi, proprio come fa il dolce suono della musica, quando con le sue onde si propaga nell'ambiente circostante; il girasole, che vive guardando costantemente la luce del sole, che lo rende vivo, proprio come il pubblico in platea, che ascolta i cantori, emozionandosi; e infine l'immagine tridimensionale di una goccia d'acqua, intenta a cadere dal soffitto, simbolo universale di fonte di vita. #arte #musica #spagna #espana #colori #colors #architettura #formegeometriche #vita #modernismo #sole# #sun #acqua #still #goccia # vetro #glass
