E' molto semplice, con Photoshop CS5 crea un duplicato della foto vai in filtro/Stilizzazione/Estrusione e applica il filtro al duplicato che hai creato, (nel mio caso opacità 90% Riempimento 75%).
Con lo strumento "gomma" (nel mio caso opacità 60% flusso 80%) cancella sul duplicato l'effetto sul soggetto unisci i livelli e viene fuori quello che hai visto.

Tutto qua Sorriso
