Grazie Gabriele, per la mia tecnica credo di essere ancora alle elementari se rapportato e tanti altri molto bravi di questo nostro sito, quella scaletta è un po da interpretare, nel senso che quel posto è dove sono state progettate delle chiuse dal grande Leonardo Da Vinci, per poter navigare con chiatte, parallelamente al fiume Adda in quanto troppo vorticoso, quidi credo per poter caricare/scaricare chiatte.
