, 1/2500 f/5.6, ISO 400, hand held.

Crop 50%... uffa, ma quando arriverà il Tamrex? Per ora solo divertimento con l'AF della 70d con i gruccioni in volo visto che ai miei posatoi continuano a preferire i cavi della corrente!!!

hello riki
we all started with shots so '... not enough long lenses.
learn the habits, times and the best times and optimize perches that you will one day bring home sensational shots as we have seen in all your photos

hello

Thanks Luke incitement! I really like this kind of photography but it is really simple! The mm more help to keep a distance of respect and safety for the animals but I agree with you that the difficulty is all before: find the animals, studying their habits, etc. etc. and lots of patience!
Hello and thanks again!

Bravo Riki. A good start. Always consider the light. In recent months should take in the early morning and just before sunset. :-P

Thanks Claudio, on the site I was ready to shoot in the shed at 6:00 am but I kept away from the nests and bee-eaters unfortunately not exploited never perches that I had prepared in favor of light. These photos I've taken at the end in the car when I'm gone. I have to go in the late afternoon when the light is better on their perches regulars (the problem is finding the time!).
Thanks for your drive in favor of the 70d, it really is quite a jump for me and the AF is fabulous!

A wonderful moment that you were able to resume. The composition is really good. The only thing that could be annoying and the slight shake-even if you've taken in 1/2500 of a second. In any case, I like it.
Greetings ;-)
