anche io mi sono dilettato in ritratti fatti in casa...
all'inizio ho autocostruito un bank con una lampada da 18w (puoi vedere qualche scatto nelle gallerie)...poi con pochi euro (circa 70) ho preso due lampade con ombrellino da 60w (circa 360w di luminosità) ed il risultato è stato abbastanza buono....
in questo caso avrai utilizzato una lampada sola e purtroppo con quella ci puoi fare poco (anche con il tripode), ti consiglio di accendere anche qualche lampadario per aumentare la luminosità generale....
...cmq prova e riprova e vedrai che migliorerai!!!
