Mount Fuji in an unusual view sent on May 15, 2014 (13:43) by Fpl1966. 24 comments, 3281 views.

, 1/20 f/1.2, ISO 12800, hand held.

TECHNICAL NOTE:
This photo is not 'a "show up" the technical characteristics of my equipment. Having been made from the cockpit of a plane I was unable to use time more 'long (and 1/20sec freehand with a 50mm without IS and' already 'a miracle). Thus, even ISO are high. Normally I never use the ISO so 'high, especially in the night where the noise in some areas and' perceptible. So there was no other way, but sometimes there are occasions in which the superqualita 'of 20000000000000pixel super sharp detail and noise absent exhaustion can wait in my opinion.

Just to prevent hello ....:-D

Beautiful shot really unusual. The noise is known, but does not bother. Congratulations for being one shot per flight is truly remarkable. Hello, David. ;-)

Hello
GmG

PS
I'm doing a little thought to the 6D and if these are the results to those ISO is not too bad. Of course also the contribution of the "cinquantone" is not to be underestimated;-):-D

@ Fpl1966 quoto what you said ... incipit certain occasions are captured on the fly, without regard to technicalities. Photographing belly without regard to the rest gives satisfaction and frankly still saw the majestic scenery it seemed a must if only to make the honors not only the mountain, but to the sacred mountain of Japan.
