ciao

The splendid natural setting, perhaps a little 'too powerful flash that makes the scene a bit' unnatural but still very enjoyable.

Ciao

I noticed it too, but unfortunately I was with the built-in flash :/. Thanks for the comment!

Hello Niko, I like the idea, good management of the depth of field that plays to fire both the foreground and the background, giving a pleasant sense of profodintà. ;-)
Good idea to use the flash to lighten the shadows of the foreground, but it should be borne in mind that the behavior of the flash varies depending on the program used; in Av mode, for example, the camera decide the exposure time for the correct exposure of the background and emit a flash in E-TTL mode, sufficient to illuminate the foreground; should be set to its point of focus if you focus with the central point and redial, flash will use it to measure the exposure (which I think is what happened to you).
The ultimate in control, however, you have to set both the camera and the flash in manuela (with the built-in is not possible), after one or two test shots you can adjust independently to achieve the desired effect for the foreground and background ( QUI motions can find inspiration in this regard).

Sorriso

Cosmosub Hello, thanks for the detailed description! Unfortunately, I'm afraid of having committed the error that you have just written in the post! Now that I finally have an external flash is another matter entirely! :-)

Beppe

"That branch of Lake Como turns off to the south between two unbroken chains of mountains, all bays and inlets, depending on the lodge and retreat again, comes almost at once, to ristringersi, and take over and shape of the river, between a promontory on the right, and a wide coastal other side; and the bridge which there joins the two banks, seems to render even more sensitive to the eye this transformation, and marks the point where the lake stops, and starts again Adda, soon to resume the name of the lake where the banks separate again, allowing the water to relax and slow down in more bays and new breasts. »
