Si, va bene.
E' un panning orizzontale, consiste nel muovere leggermente la macchina (destra o sinistra) mentre scatti, sta a te poi decidere quanto velocemente muoverla a seconda dell'effetto che vuoi ottenere.
Se tu guardi nei parametri di scatto ho usato un tempo di scatto di 1/4 in modo da poter ottenere un mosso efficace, io ho aspettato il tramonto così da avere poca luce ma ho dovuto comunque chiudere parecchio il diaframma e abbassare gli ISO. Se disponi di un filtro questo problema non ti sussiste.
Se hai bisogno di altri chiarimenti chiedi pure.

Yes, that's fine.
It 'a horizontal panning, is to move the car slightly (left or right) while shooting, then it's up to you to decide how quickly to move depending on the effect you want to achieve.
If you look in the shooting parameters I used a shutter speed of 1/4 in order to obtain a blur effective, I have waited for the sunset so as to have little light but I still had a lot of close down the aperture and the ISO. If you have a filter this problem will not exist.
