spero che tu abbia avuto tutte le accortezze per non disturbare la cura dei nidiacei da parte dei genitori.
Si intravede quella che sembra una ringhiera e potrebbe essere un nido su un balcone quindi una situazione di confidenza; mi lascia perplesso sinceramente la piena luce a cui sono esposti i nidiacei.
Comunque ad ogni buon conto riporto di seguito la parte di regolamento che riguarda le foto ai nidi per ricordarla a tutti noi:
" D: Si possono pubblicare foto scattate di nidi?
R: Sì; ovviamente la foto deve essere scattata nel rispetto del soggetto e della legge (in alcune regioni e per alcune specie queste foto non sono permesse perchè potrebbero disturbare seriamente il soggetto; ovviamente prima di intraprendere questo genere di foto informatevi bene!). Per il resto, vale sempre la regola del rispetto del soggetto: ma questo vale per qualsiasi foto, non solo per quelle ai nidi, che quindi non devono essere "demonizzate".
"

Ho sempre il massimo rispetto per certe situazioni.
Il nido era all'interno di una folte siepe muraria, che ogni anno devo sfoltire.
Pertanto prima di procedere in questa operazione, con le mani sposto il fogliame, per evitare
eventuali danni.(operazione che ripeto ogni anno)
Comunque ti ringrazio dell'osservazione

Le foto ai nidi di specie non protette, non sono vietate in questo forum ma ammesso e concesso che non si arrechi alcun disturbo, il rischio è l'effetto emulativo che si può innescare da parte di un fotografo meno esperto che quindi potrebbe far danno.
Una raccomandazione per tutti è quindi: prudenza, prudenza e prudenza
