Immagine molto bella, in un ottimo BN;
Complimenti Giacomo! Ciao!
Sergio;-):-P

Very beautiful image, in a great BN;
strange that does not have the visibility it deserves.
And 'the funicular of Genoa, right?
Congratulations James! Hello!
Sergio ;-):-P

Bravo

I chew rails and sleepers since I was 5 years old and I feel natural to admire this kind of picture, but this fascinates me; magnificent contrast between the modern parts of the city and the elderly funicular well homogenized by the choice of B / W sounds great, although I think (personal taste ;-)) that picture a little less sharp, with more tonal passages graded and blacks barely more closed might not go amiss.
Good

On the cable car we went up 53 years fa.Una was once green, then they painted me arancione.E those stairs are made to walk a lot of times at least in the lower path, they will not let me ricordo.con my mother Today 93 enne.E if I'm not mistaken you can see the skyscraper square Dante.Da genoa missing from 1966.Il time you've stopped by this scatto.Funicolare is a term errato.La climb the cremagliera.Se to make known the central rail is toothed.

Grazie ancora tanto
Un saluto caro
G

Thanks Vimite a nice comment I'm very grateful too good!
I'm on your wavelength and even I like the super sharpness and very much appreciate the delicate transition of tones, I have to improve the conversion to monochrome :-).

G

Mauro thanks, I'm happy to have you back memories of good memories, I think one of the many powers of the photo is just to be able to move the emotions; you are right and they are now red, in addition to building IP Piazza Dante in this corner of the city you can also see the cathedral, the castle and the Carlo Felice d'Albertis :-); and you're right also about the term in fact incorrect, the funicular true is that instead of linking off to the Mint Righi, but in the city are called funiculars all alike :-)
Greetings
G

True, Mauro absolutely right, the funicular (the name says it all) is realized with two vehicles bound to each other by a cable (rope) that runs on pulleys and while one goes up the other goes down.
