Questa coppia di gufi aveva nidificato dentro ad un cespuglio lungo i sentiero di un'oasi del ferrarese, tanto era basso ed accessibile il nido che dopo 15 giorni vi era stata un'evidente predazione da parte di un animale, presumibilmente una volpe. L'area in questione presenta un'altissima densità di rapaci notturni grazie alle risaie, e di conseguenza, all'abbondanza di arvicole!
This pair of owls had nested in a bush along the path of an oasis of Ferrara, it was so low and accessible to the nest after 15 days there was a clear predation by an animal, probably a fox. The area in question has a high density of owls through the rice paddies, and as a result, the abundance of voles!
