Specifico che è una specie non coltivata ma spontanea trovata ora in gennaio su declivi montani a bassissima quota riparati dal gelo. LA grandezza e di un paio di centimetri in altezza e poco più di mezzo in larghezza (si intende parlo dell'inflorescenza).
