Nella prima se avessi avuto un tele più spinto il Monviso avrebbe maggior impatto sulla compo essendo, a mio parere, l'attore princpale del tuo scatto.
Nella seconda avrei tagliato due dita di cielo per dare maggior aria alla campagna
Nella terza nulla da dire solo avrei contrastato e saturato leggermente di più i colori.
Nella quarta il tetto in basso disturba, avrei cambiato inquadratura includendo o tutta la baita oppure escludendola del tutto. Occhio ai bianchi bruciati in alto a dx.

Avendo anch'io la D3100 ti consiglio di non andare mai oltre i 200ISO meglio restare su 100 ISO la nostra macchina soffre di rumore già a questa impostazione. Poni poi attenzione alla sovraesposizione dei bianchi perchè ho notato, anche consigliato da Fulvio, che la 3100 lavora meglio se sottoesposta di 0.3/0.7 EV che riesci a recuperare in PP ma non altrettanto se sovraesponi i bianchi e le luci.
Quanto ho scritto sono i consigli che sono stati dati anche a me ed ho pensato potessero esserti utili; per le altre considerazioni sulla compo e inquadrature solo parere personale.
Mi piacerebbe in autunno inoltrato fare un giro da quelle parti magari possiamo concordare, se ti fa piacere e se sarai disponibile.
