Nonostante tutte le precauzioni ed il massimo silenzio i due giovani lupi avevano chiaramente intuito da un pezzo la nostra presenza ma, nonostante la loro proverbiale diffidenza, forse anche grazie alla loro giovane età, alla fine, dopo aver tergiversato sul limitare del bosco, pian pianino, si sono fatti coraggio e si sono avvicinati alla preda che avevano lasciato i giorni precedenti. Quel tempo in cui si intravvedeva qualche movimento tra gli gli alberi prima che si decidessero a vincere la loro paura è sembrato interminabile ma al tempo stesso è stato forse il momento più emozionante di quell'indimenticabile incontro. Tra 9 giorni torneremo in Finlandia e, anche se so che non potrà succedere di riavvicinarli tanto, la voglia di rivedere i lupi è sempre fortissima e non ci resta che incrociare le dita !!
