poteva essere un gran bello scatto! peccato per il rumore così elevato e anche per i colori (almeno sul mio monitor). Pensi che il rumore sia dovuto al filtro + iso 500 o alla post-produzione?
E poi mi chiedevo: perchè usare iso 500? Non conveniva abbassarlo? così facendo avresti potuto anche accentuare l'effetto sull'acqua, oltre che ridurre un po' di rumore.

could be a really beautiful shot! shame about the noise so high and also for the colors (at least on my monitor). Do you think that the noise is due to the filter + ISO 500 or to post-production?
And then I wondered: why use ISO 500? Do not lower it agreed? by doing so you could also accentuate the effect on the water, as well as reduce a little 'noise.

ciao mister_lack :) mi fa piacere intanto che lo scatto in sè ti piaccia: era la mia prima uscita col filtro ND e devo ancora prenderci la dovuta dimestichezza  per quanto riguarda il rumore.. darei la colpa alla postproduzione, lo scatto l'ho dovuto sistemare un po' visto che la luce era molto dura e il cielo era praticamente bianco (non era una gran bella giornata). Detto questo guardandola sul PC prima di caricarla tutta quella grana non c'era, così come non c'è neanche se la guardi su flickr (https://www.flickr.com/photos/anomerol/13797608273/).. Per quanto riguarda gli iso la mia priorità era di scattare con mezzo secondo di esposizione, dopo vari tentativi avevo individuato in quel tempo il più piacevole effetto di mosso dell'acqua (avrei effettivamente potuto chiudere il diaframma e abbassare gli ISO, ma lì per lì non avevo immaginato che potesse uscire quel rumore). Comunque anch'io non sono assolutamente soddisfatto e appena ho tempo torno a farlo con una luce ed un cielo migliori

mister_lack hello :) I'm glad that the shot itself in the meantime you like it: it was my first outing with the ND filter and I have yet to take the necessary familiarity :-) regarding the noise .. I would give my fault to post-production, shooting the 'I had to fix a little' saw that the light was very hard and the sky was almost white (it was not a great day). That said, looking on the PC before loading all that grain was not there, just as there is not even if you look on flickr (https://www.flickr.com/photos/anomerol/13797608273/) .. As regards iso my priority was to take half a second exposure, after several attempts I found at that time the most pleasant effect of water moved :-) (I actually could not close the diaphragm and lower the ISO, but there for I had not imagined there chand could leave the noise). However, I have not absolutely satisfied and come back as soon as I have time to do it with a light and a sky the best ;-)

Su Flickr la foto e' chiaramente migliore in effetti. Magari la prossima volta ti conviene prima riscalare la foto con qualche software e poi caricarla su Juza.

I've never tried an ND filter, but I want to catch it early ;-) Can I ask that ND did you use here?
Flickr photo and 'clearly better in fact. Maybe next time you should first rescale the picture with some software and then upload it to Juza.

Se tu carichi la tua foto su Juza in un formato più grande, viene automaticamente ridimensionata utilizzando il suo sistema interno, che probabilmente non è efficiente quanto quello di Flickr, dato che nel tuo caso sembra aver introdotto del rumore.
So you should lose about 8-9 stops right?
"Rescale" I intend to resize it to 1200 pixels on the long side, which if I'm not mistaken is the format here on Juza. If you upload your photo on Juza in a larger format, it is automatically resized using its internal system, which is probably not as efficient as that of Flickr, since in your case seems to have introduced noise. Concentrando l'attenzione sullo stupendo movimento dell'acqua anche il rumore si nota meno, bella, mi piace molto.

Il paesaggio è bellissimo
il dinamismo dell'acqua è davvero eccezionale
il contrasto forse eccessivo in questo caso mi aggrada molto e crea un'atmosfera quasi "violenta"
