Un ottimo scatto, valorizzato dallo sguardo di tutti e tre i soggetti.
Forse proverei ad aprire leggerissimamente le ombre più scure (Sostanzialmente l'angolo in alto a DX e forse l'interno della porta, lasciando invariati gli altri toni, che vanno benissimo), per ottenere sempre un nero "potente" ma che lasci intuire un minimo di dettaglio, giusto per non sembrare nero puro.

A great shot, enhanced by the look of all three subjects.
Maybe I would try to open ever so slightly darker shadows (basically the top corner to the right and perhaps the inside of the door, leaving unchanged the other tones, which are fine), so you always get a black "powerful" but that leaves a guess minimum of detail, just to not seem like pure black.

Una fotografia bellissima! Certo la cosa che imprigiona lo sguardo, e non lo lascia più, sono quegli incredibili occhi: l'attonita sorpresa in contrasto con lo sguardo sicuro di chi non si sorprende più di nulla perchè ha già visto tutto; ma non c'è solo quello: i contrasti di luce, la bellezza dell'editing in bianco e nero e la composizione, sia il triangolo formato dalle persone sia la composizione dell'immagine tutta.
Se sotto questa fotografia avessi letto la firma di un fotoreporter famosissimo non mi sarei affatto sorpreso.

A beautiful photograph! Of course the thing that captures the eye, and not leave him, are those incredible eyes: the stunned surprise in contrast to the confident look of one who is not surprised more than anything because he has seen it all; but there is only one: the contrasts of light, beauty, black and white editing and composition, and the triangle formed by the people is the whole composition.
If I had read this photograph under the signature of a famous photojournalist I would not be at all surprised.
