Stati Uniti dove , a me non sembra proprio una c. dal ciuffo, ho provato a guardare un po' le cince americane ed è saltata fuori questa che mi sembra, quantomeno + somigliante rispetto alla nostra cincia dal ciuffo.

Non conosco questa in particolare, che sempbra essere una sottospecie che da noi non esiste.
Di sicuro comunque non è la nostra cincia dal ciuffo [Parus cristatus] e tantomeno giovane.
Dalla forma direi che è già adulto.
La nostra cincia dal ciuffo juv. ha la cresta ancora poco rialzata ma si nota già il bavaglio nero e il collare bianco.
