Ciao e complimenti, Paola

Very beautiful this your picture! Dell 'insect can not tell you anything, it would seem that the eyes are the big ones ... well ... I'd like to know more about this cute pet .... I've photographed over a shower head?
Hello and congratulations, Paola

ciaociao
Enrico

I love these photos, simple insects that reveal great colors and tones ... but you can see the compound eye (the larger one) is used for the view, while the youngest are eyespots and differ from the previous ones because of the absence of the lens and with few retinal cells; are sensitive to polarized light and the brightness changes daily.

ciaociao
Henry

Buona setata Datta

Henry, thank you for the visit and for the explanation that you have given.
We take for granted so many things, but I realize that the more time passes
and more there is to learn, and I still want to knowledge.
Good silky Datta
