io non sono espertissimo di " passeri "  ma quel bordo rosso intorno all' occhio non l' ho mai visto negli occhioni vermicolati e tutti quelli che ho visto io hanno sempre avuto l' occhio completamente giallo e la cosa mi incuriosisce.... Ed a dire il vero mi sembra un po' diverso anche il piumaggio.
Sei sicuro dell' identificazione ? forse può è essere che si tratti di un immaturo oppure di un altra sottospecie ?

I am not an expert on "sparrows" :-) but the red border around the 'no eye' ve never seen in the eyes vermicolati and all the ones I've seen I have always had the 'eye completely yellow and what intrigues me .. And .. to be honest it seems a bit 'too different plumage.
Are you sure dell 'identification? perhaps it may be that this is an immature or another subspecies? Ciao Paolo,

Qualche perplessità l'ho avuta anche io, non l'ho mai visto e l'ho associato all'occhione vermicolato perché non ne conosco altri. Farò una ricerca o magari interpello un utente che ho scoperto essere veramente esperto in avifauna africana. Grazie per il passaggio.
I had some doubts too, I've never seen and I associate the drawbar eye-knee because I do not know others. I'll do a search or maybe someone questioning that I found to be truly expert in African birds. Thank you for picking me up.
