il germano in primo piano non è a fuoco,se era a fuoco la foto migliorava,io avrei tagliato il palo ,ciao e auguri di buon anno

Hai qualche bianco un po' al limite.
Per il resto la foto e' molto bella,c'e' poco da andare giu' pesanti!

Ma stanno camminando... sul ghiaccio? 
Comunque a mio avviso la luce è un po' duretta per cui ti ritrovi con delle ombre molto marcate e i bianchi sparati... questo può essere o perché hai aumentato troppo il contrasto in pp o perché hai fotografato in ore centrali della giornata (quando il sole è a picco per intenderci ). Per il resto, come ti hanno suggerito sopra, anch'io avrei puntato la messa a fuoco sul soggetto in primo piano invece che su quelli centrali, cercando di non tagliargli quel pezzettino di zampetta! E so che ora chiedo l'impossibile, ma in questi casi un punto di ripresa molto basso sarebbe l'ideale, ma vabbè, una cosa alla volta!

However, I think the light is a bit 'duretta so you end up with shadows very marked and white shot ... this can be increased or because you have too much contrast in pp or because you have photographed in the central hours of the day (when the sun is at peak so to speak:-D). For the rest, as I have suggested above, I would have bet the focus on the subject in the foreground instead of the central ones, trying to cut that little piece of paw! And I know that now I ask the impossible, but this is a point of very low recovery would be ideal, but oh well, one thing at a time! ;-) Ma stanno camminando... sul ghiaccio?

è si camminavano sul ghiaccio ed era mezzogiorno, e piu basso non si riusciva purtoppo, il ghiaccio non era stabile purtroppo...
