se mi permetti non riesco a cogliere il tuo messaggio così come hai composto l'immagine... " guardare al futuro in un mare desolato ed incupito ma cmq affascinante e pieno di sfide che ci aspettano..... " il mare innanzitutto non è desolato ma ricco di elementi che tra l'altro chiudono il soggetto umano sia a destra che a sinistra ;-)

Lo stesso soggetto rivolge lo sguardo a sinistra e quindi al passato e non al futuro come può essere in questa immagine di Josef Koudelka

il verso e la direzione da sinistra a destra nella cultura occidentale vengono assunti come valori in positivo ed in questo caso il soggetto del fotografo ceco che guarda a destra verso un futuro ancora non scritto...

Tempo fa , feci anch'io uno scatto simile, molto più minimalista e privo di elementi di disturbo, con il pontile inserito nella composizione in diagonale con verso appunto da sinistra a destra:

questo secondo me più si avvicina alla sensazione di futuro o comunque di qualcosa di ancora inesplorato e non scritto... qualcosa di positivo... sta a noi andargli in contro ;-)

Questa cosa francamente non la sapevo.... per quanto mi riguarda, il ragazzo, anche se guarda a sx, rivolge cmq il suo sguardo al mare e questo mi è bastato come simbolismo.

Tra l'altro, sarò becero io ma nell'immagine di Josef Koudelka non percepisco il fatto che il soggetto stia guardando al futuro. Triste

Il tuo scatto invece sì, mi dona quella sensazione di sguardo al futuro.

Giusto per essere precisi, non è una cosa che mi sono inventato io, ma l'ho semplicemente appreso ad un corso sulla lettura delle immagini ;-)

Poi non è che la tua immagine sia sbagliata, anzi, il messaggio che lanci corrisponde a ciò che hai scritto se l'immagine è "letta" ad esempio da un giapponese o un arabo... visto che nella cultura orientale si scrive da destra a sinistra ;-)
