Hello, the composition is good I like myself the strong colors that light up the valley and also the opening of the shadows is handled well and with care of details, even the unusual first floor is interesting, what is it?

Ciao e complimenti
Ermanno

This splendid revival of the work of Land Art Burri .. wow! from your pdr we note the relationship between the grooves work with the environment .. as it should be for leads to the old ways of Gibellina before the earthquake :-(
The beautiful sky light that adds melancholy tone that is well suited to the memory ;-)
Hello and congratulations
Ermanno

Thanks for the ride and some good comments Nikispinnato and Herman.
@ Nikispinnato, as written by Herman, what you see in the foreground is the old town of Gibellina, was completely destroyed during the earthquake of Belice. Alberto Burri, in the '80s, has created this kind of work / monument: the ruins of the pease were cemented into huge blocks, about six feet high, separated from each other by those who were once country lanes.
Before you see the place in person, I was skeptical about this work, it seemed to me almost a violence against the country that was against the people who lived there. When he reached the place I instead tried different feelings, a mixture of sadness but also of peace, as an old memory that you think with melancholy. I found the work of a painful memory, but also majestic and indelible.

Location certainly interesting and good use of the lines, even if they do not optimize the reading of the photo: it would take a line that directed to the light source on the DX
