Ma guarda, non mi reputo esperto e anch'io mi sto appena avvicinando alla macrofotografia!
Quello che posso dirti a riguardo e' che in macro la profondita' di campo e' molto ridotta, ragion per cui si deve spesso giocare con l'inquadratura e usare diaframmi piuttosto chiusi, con tutte le "difficolta'" che ne conseguono (alzare l'iso, i tempi di scatto, ecc.).
