Proverei come ti hanno già suggerito a "pulire" la gru posta proprio la testa del pescatore e a chiudere maggiormente le ombre in primo piano facendole diventare completamente nere... ;-)

Se ti spostavi leggermente e sceglievi una inquadratura diversa e usavi la compensazione dell'esposizione in negativo ottenevi ciò che ti ho suggerito direttamente in camera.

Bene inteso, quello che ti ho detto è come avrei lavorato io, quindi non è vangelo, anzi!
