Molto bella !! io ci vedo una dominante giallastra (spesso dipende dalla situazione ambientale e dall' ora dello scatto ) , ho fatto una prova togliendola a mio personale giudizio, la foto migliora ..

in effetti i canederli o knodel che si mangiano In Trentino hanno un altro sapore rispetto a quelli preparati per gli uccellini (provare per credere ) . ricetta x 4 persone: 300gr. pane raffermo, 1 cucchiaio di farina , 2 di erba cipollina, 3 uova, burro, sale , 1 bicchiere di latte e 300 grammi di formaggio
Qui trovate la ricetta x canederli gradita a cinciallegre,cinciarelle,passerotti, fringuelli, pettirossi etc..:

in fact, the dumplings or Knodel that you eat in Trentino have a different flavor than those prepared for the birds (try it:-D). recipe for 4 people: 300 gr. bread, 1 tablespoon flour, 2 spring onions, 3 eggs, butter, salt, 1 cup of milk and 300 grams of cheese ;-)
