concordo per l'ottima cattura,non riesco a valutare bene la nitidezza sul muso ma sembrerebbe che ci sia,purtroppo se fosse stato piu vicino sarebbe stato meglio ma come chi conosce questa splendida creatura saprà che è un animale molto difficile da fotografare sia per le sue abitudini crepuscolari che anche per i luoghi che frequenta.
L'erba sembra un prato da golf!! Proverei ad insistere (se non sei vicino alla tana) per tentare di avvicinarlo un po di piu,merita
I agree to the excellent capture, I can not properly evaluate the sharpness on the nose but it seems that there is, unfortunately, if it was closest would have been better but who knows how this beautiful creature will know that an animal is very difficult to photograph for both its crepuscular habits that even for the places he frequents.

@ Lorenzo: il "campo da golf" è una coltivazione di prato per giardini, che periodicamente viene asportata per essere impiantata altrove. La famiglia (3 esemplari) al crepuscolo usciva dal bosco retrostante, attraversava velocemente (uno alla volta) il breve tratto di prato e si volatilizzava nelle sterpaglie sull'altro lato. Li ho osservati per diverse sere, tormentato dalle zanzare, ma era sempre quasi buio. Ora credo che siano in letargo. Ritornerò a primavera. Ciao.

@ Lorenzo: "golf" is a growing lawn gardens, which is periodically removed to be implanted elsewhere. The family (3 copies) at dusk came out of the woods behind, crossed quickly (one at a time) the short stretch of grass and weeds in volatilizzava on the other side. I've watched them for several nights, tormented by mosquitoes, but it was almost dark. Now I think they are hibernating. I will return in the spring. Hello. Grazie a entrambi!

Come dice Camoscio è un animale elusivo e per lo più notturno, per cui non se ne vedono molte di foto del simpatico tasso. Se tagli la foto all'altezza del prato, eliminando lo sfondo confuso e croppi un pò, l'immagine ne acquista in pulizia.

If you cut the picture up to the lawn, eliminating the background a little confused and Croppi, the image acquires in cleaning. Come dice Camoscio è un animale elusivo e per lo più notturno, per cui non se ne vedono molte di foto del simpatico tasso. non vorrei essere "bastian contrario" dopo aver letto tutte le recensioni positive nei precedenti messaggi, ma nei forum bisogna anche imaprare dagli errori se vengono segnalati in modo costruttivo.
Dal mio punto di vista non e' una buona foto per questti motivi:
- l'inquadratura e' approssimativa con il soggetto quasi centrale e non posto, come sarebbe piu' opportuno, nel terzo inferiore sinistro;
- l'immagine e' visibilmente storta;
- c'e' troppo spazio inutile e sfocato in basso, sarebbe stato piu' opportuno valorizzare l'ambientazione riprendendo piu' bosco sullo sfondo e meno prato in basso;
- c'e' uno sharpening eccessivo che specialmente sull'erba crea un effetto negativo.
Prendiamola come un bel documento, effettivamente raro come occasione fotografica; ma come "fotografia naturalistica" a mio parere non ci siamo.
I would not be "contrarian" after reading all the positive reviews in previous posts, but the forum must also imaprare mistakes if they are reported in a constructive way.
From my point of view is not 'a good photo for questti reasons:
- Framing and 'rough with the subject almost central place and not, as would be more' appropriate in the lower third of the left;
- The image 'visibly crooked;
- There 'too much unnecessary space and fuzzy at the bottom, it would be more' appropriate to enhance the environment taking more 'forest in the background and less lawn below;
- There 'excessive sharpening one that creates a negative effect especially on the grass.

Guido, complimenti per la cattura. Concordo con Marco sull'utilità del forum come spazio per confrontarsi e, magari, portare a casa qualche suggerimento... Magari non sarei così categorica ma mi sembrano buone indicazioni, ovviamente senza dimenticare le problematiche che hai dovuto affrontare, le ore spese in appostamenti ecc... Abbasso le zanzare!!!!

So cosa vuol dire il tormento delle zanzare ed il soggetto è davvero difficilissimo da "congelare" ed è una vera rarità, se non quasi un'utopia, almeno dalle mie parti, anche solo scorgerlo che non sia già buio...
Se ho interpretato giusto, tu hai optato per postare la foto così come l'hai scattata ed in ogni caso certi soggetti non ti danno il tempo di affinare i settaggi (per quanto sarebe stupendo avere animale raro in una foto tecnicamente ineccepibile).

If I understood right, you have decided to post the photo as you have taken and in any case some people do not give you the time to tweak the settings (as sarebe have wonderful rare animal in a photo technically flawless).
