Non capisco una cosa, dai dati di scatto sembra che tu abbia avuto una buona luce, ma la foto non sembra tanto luminosa/accesa.

La luce c'era, ma era abbastanza problematica... colpiva il soggetto di traverso, "infiammando" le parti chiare, ma lasciando il resto dell'ambiente (palustre) piuttosto scuro...
Se vedi infatti i bianchi sono tutti al limite, ma i 640 iso non permettevano una grande chiarezza dell'ambiente e del piumaggio scuro, che risultano un filo sottoesposti....
Avrei potuto ovviare in parte scaldando la luce, ma non mi piaceva il tono giallastro che avrebbero assunto le parti chiare del piumaggio e gli schizzi d'acqua, e quindi in post ho deciso per lasciarla un po' più fredda...

The light was there, but it was quite problematic ... hit the subject obliquely, "flashing" light parts, but leaving the rest of the environment (marsh) rather dark ...
If you see the whites are all in fact to the limit, but the 640 iso did not allow a great clarity of Environment and dark plumage, which are underexposed a thread ....
I could help in alleviating the warming light, but I did not like the yellowish tone that would take the light parts of the plumage and splashing water, and then in post I decided to leave it a bit 'cooler ... :-) Grazie Roberto!
