con Kenko Pro 300 DGX 1.4x, 1/1000 f/11.0, ISO 640, tripod. Specie: Bubo scandiacus

Thank you very much for comments. I am very happy with the catch despite the technical limitations of the photo. I have pictures with the light in favor, but more distant.

Thanks also to the correction, in fact I have translated by 'snow owl' owl in owl instead, wrong.

But because no one wants to give me information? :-( :-(
I do not know what I'd give to see a creature so?

Thanks to all of the passage and comments.
Nenio: The subject has been spotted in the Netherlands, here you can see the sightings. But I live in the Netherlands, so it was convenient for me :-)

Congratulations Peter_s, you could not let it escape.
To what 'regarding the name, since it is in the Netherlands in Dutch-let's call it: SNEEUWUIL
Marco Fabbri - remember that the animal is in the Netherlands where the culture of birding is so deeply rooted "in the first place" respect for animals. Spot them, look at them but not stressing them.!
Hello to all.

MAF precise on the subject, notwithstanding:
- The backlight
- The twigs in front of the subject.
Well!
