I only see pictures of this site always beautiful but with no human presence .... I wondered if the place was half of sightseeing or if it was closed to the public ...... but I see that you were able to give me an answer precisa.complimenti for the realization of visitors entering the public is able to make the real proportions of the monument and not in the least disturb the composition ...... very good!

Thank you for that! Stonehenge is only open like this to the public at sunrise on summer and winter Solstices. Otherwise it is fenced off and visitors have to pay and be treated as tourists only. These solstices are special occasions and are usually cold and uncomfortable. This was the only time I took a tripod. I have also posted up one taken during the summer solstice.
