Among the chandeliers in the living room ... sent on March 01, 2014 (11:57) by Lorenzo Marchetti. 7 comments, 1754 views. [retina]

at 560mm, 1/180 f/5.6, ISO 1250, hand held. Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. Specie: Panthera pardus

Beautiful and relatively rare because it is called the tree of baboons who are fond of the fruit but also the elephants feed on them. We know that the leopard is the enemy of baboons, I infer, therefore, that there could be found in the area.

Abbiamo visto i sei felini africani in quattro giorni!

@ Pmaffio: the area is that of Lake Ndutu, hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebras, cheetahs and lions like rain ... but not a even a baboon and vervet! Strange and exciting at the same place! We have seen the six African felines in four days!

Ciao Lorenzo!!

Hello Lorenzo!

Very nice leopard on the sausage tree, complimentissimi, also for the realization :-)

When you've been there? I spent two days in the Ndutu area and I came back from Tanzania for a week but unfortunately the light was not the best and I was not able to have any of your beautiful sunsets because at sunrise and sunset was almost always gray and overcast :-(

@ Chiara.m: I returned February 4. Over time, we were very lucky but we found a really beastly hot in the central hours and many tsetse flies. ;-)
