per denunciare il fatto che ormai non siamo più' tranquilli neanche di lasciare delle biciclette legate in una piazza cittadina, che trovano il modo di portatela via anche senza una ruota!!!! , come in questo caso, o in altre situazioni come diceva l'amico Claudio prima.
