I can only tell you how I personally saw the photo, and then we return to personal taste.
Contextualizing the subject in this case I would have chosen a horizontal shooting in which enclose the rising sun to stop a little further in order to better tell the environment. The sky and the branches of trees have little to reveal.
I would have taken care of most of the focus on the primrose in the foreground and the fact that the backlight on it inevitably would have resulted in shadows flicked filling would have been ideal.

First of all thank you very much Pigi47 for the time you have dedicated to create your own interpretation from the shot, I really appreciate it!
At the time of shooting was fought for either vertical / horizontal. Of course I tried them both and shooting horizontal unfortunately lost a bit 'the "leading role" of the primroses and the scene at hand was not the best. All of this was then magnified by the fisheye lens. As for the focus you are absolutely right! Unfortunately, I realized that the first primrose was only out of focus when viewed on screen at home. The body was lying on the ground and I was monitoring that lay behind it all with live view which unfortunately I thought he had guessed that area of ??focus. All in all, however, I wanted to publish it in spite of these inaccuracies because I liked the soft light and shadows sui petals. Then I adore very shoot a bit 'closed to represent the sun as it draws from children :-) (my childish side)
I'm going to reiterate my thanks Pigi47!
I hope to read more of your valuable recommendations for the next steps.

See you soon!

David
