Ciao Marco, very beautiful this picture of a magnificent raptor! You managed to approach this bird closely? The species however is not a Short-Toed Eagle (Biancone), but a juvenile Black Kite (Nibbio Bruno giovane). Since there are several subspecies of Black Kite and you made this photo in Ethiopia, I think this is a Yellow-Billed Kite (Milvus (Migrans) Aegyptius). It's far from easy to distinguish the different subspecies from each other, because they look very similar. Their geographical range can sometimes help to determine which subspecies it is.
