Bella composizione e cielo grandioso con luci forse leggermente alte.
La mancanza di nitidezza si nota, forse micromosso dovuto al tempo lungo, forse diffrazione dovuta al diaframma molto chiuso, avrei senz'altro aperto il diaframma per avere un tempo più breve.
In ogni caso una foto gradevole.
Clonerei quella boa in basso.

il mosso! eh... mi fa impazzire! La foto a mio parere è stupenda ma purtroppo, dato il vento e il freddo esagerato, non ho avuto modo di ragionare bene!
Potevo sicuramente aumentare un pelo gli ISO e diminuire anche a f/22 o addirittura f/20.
avrei avuto tempi più alti e sarebbe stato molto meglio!
Volevo solo creare l'effetto movimento del battello a destra ma non ho considerato il mosso generale che si sarebbe creato con 3 scatti a mano libera!
hdr creato con 3 scatti a 1/2s + 1/8s + 2s
come prima soluzione per il mosso o eliminato, in fase di creazione HDR, l'immagine sovraesposta a 2s e già risultato è migliore.. però se, come detto sopra, avessi alzato gli ISO e aperto un po' di più il diaframma, non so, magari avrei ottenuto scatti da 1/20 + 1/40 + 1/8... forse!
ma ormai! 
che peccato!
Comunque il vento e il freddo a Parigi influiscono molto sugli scatti fatti! poi senza cavalletto!!

blur! eh ... it drives me crazy! The picture in my opinion is gorgeous but unfortunately, because of the wind and the cold too much, I was not able to reason well!
I could definitely increase the ISO and a hair fall even f/22 or even f/20.
I had times higher and it would have been much better!
I just wanted to create the effect of movement of the boat to the right but I did not consider the general moved that would be created with 3 shots freehand!
HDR created with 3 shots at 1/2s + 1/8s + 2s
as the first solution for the moved or deleted, when creating HDR, the image already overexposed to 2s and result is better .. But if, as mentioned above, I raised the ISO and open a little 'more of the diaphragm, I do not know, maybe I should have gotten shots from 1/20 + 1/40 + 1/8 ... maybe!
but now! :-( :-(
what a pity!
Anyway the wind and cold in Paris influisconor a lot on photos taken! then without a tripod! :-( :-(

che cielo e anche il punto di scatto è eccezionale, ma peccato per il mosso con quei tempi senza cavalletto la vedo dura.
