Bella l'inquadratura e la resa della foto, cosiderando quel tempo di scatto a mano libera, pur aprendo al massimo il diaframma, un filo di micromosso presumo sia inevitabile coglierlo (anche se si nota, mi pare, ad ingrandimento).

Hello Pierangelo, beautiful colors for this place.
Try to do the same picture with a low speed (and a tripod) to make the water looking fluid and in consequence, the aperture will be less opened so you will have a bigger PDC (here, the bridge could be sharper)
Or you coul choose Av and set f/16 to have the biggest PDC.
