In realtà il fuoco solo sull'occhio lontano e la poca PDC sono cercati anche se questo non rispecchia i canoni classici del ritratto. Sto facendo un po' di esperimenti, il tentativo è trovare un immagine che trasmetta un emozione un po più viscerale pur andando contro le regole formali.

In fact, the only focus on the eye away and the lack of PDC are searched even if this does not reflect the classical canons of the portrait. I'm doing a little 'experiments, the attempt is to find an image that conveys an emotion a little more visceral while going against the formal rules.

This is not to reflect the classic portrait (chissenefrega!) but only because looking at the photo, at least personally, I automatically look for the eyes: I find one, the other does not, and this causes me discomfort right at the visual level.

mi stupisce che sia così "sfuocato l'occhio destro con una diaframma 2.8. A prima vista avrei pensato minimo ad un diaframma 1.4.
Peraltro hai fatto lavorare davvero bene il 100mm NON serie L...

I am surprised that it is so "blurry right eye with a 2.8 aperture. At first glance I would have thought at least a 1.4 aperture.
Moreover, you did NOT work really well the 100mm L series ..

Ciao Andrea, sono pro sperimentazioni e soluzioni non convenzionali. Ma non mi convince... forse se era l'inverso era meglio... ma il fuoco sul primo occhio secondo me avrebbe dato più carattere (guarda: www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=675508&l=it)

Hello Andrea, I am pro experimentation and unconventional solutions. But I am not convinced ... maybe if it was the reverse was better ... but the focus on the first eye in my opinion would have given more character (see: www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=675508&l=it)
Again, cutting, composition and post are very beautiful and well managed.

ringrazio Mihal, Quaiser, Max, Ciccio e Donato per il vostro gradito parere. Per me è molto importante capire come vengono percepite da altre persone le mie immagini, in special modo questa che è frutto di una scelta un po particolare.
Ben vengano quindi opinioni critiche e complimenti che rappresentano per me un motivo di confronto e crescita.
x Max: il 100 macro è una gran bella lente e genera a mia opinione uno sfocato molto piacevole, la PDC a F2.8 è veramente bassa e diminuisce più ti avvicini al soggetto.
x Donato ho visionato la tua immagine, grazie del suggerimento ne farò tesoro per i prossimi scatti.

Thank Mihal, Quaiser, Max, Ciccio and Donato for your welcome advice. For me it is very important to understand how they are perceived by other people my pictures, especially that this is the result of a particular choice a bit.
Then they are critical opinions and compliments that represent for me a source of confrontation and growth.
x Max: 100 macro is a very good lens and generates one blurred in my opinion very pleasant, the PDC at F2.8 is very low and decreases the closer you get to the subject.
x Donato I have viewed your picture, thanks for the suggestion I will treasure for the next shots.

è un po strano in effetti che a 2.8 la guancia sotto l'occhio sfuocato non appaia sfuocata...ad ogni modo è un bel ritratto. Sana invidia per scatto, bravura e modella

a parte le cromie opportunamente riviste in post secondo una mia personale visione lo scatto (PDC e sfocato) sono come usciti dal RAW dalla macchina. Ho dovuto ammorbidire la pelle visto che il 100 macro incide molto come nitidezza.

apart from the colors suitably revised according to a post in my personal view shooting (and fuzzy PDC) are as exited from the RAW machine. I had to soften the skin as the 100 macro affects how much sharpness.
