L'effetto( tilt and shift ) si puo' effettuare con ottiche decentrate o con i programmi di fotoritocco come ho fatto io, in pratica si scatta una fotografia e si crea un effetto per trasformare cose e persone come se fossero in miniatura.

L'effetto sarebbe stato molto più evidente se avessi aumentato la sfocatura nel basso dell'immagine e diminuito quella nell'alto. In pratica la sfocatura dovrebbe riguardare (solo) il terzo centrale orizzontale è ovvio.
The effect would be much more obvious if I increased the blur in the bottom of the image and decreased in the high one. In practice, the blur should cover (only) the third horizontal center is obvious. ;-) L'effetto sarebbe stato molto più evidente se avessi aumentato la sfocatura nel basso dell'immagine e diminuito quella nell'alto.
