Beautiful moment caught by hand and good composition. There are strange colors in the sky. Bel momento colto a mano libera e buona composizione. Ci sono strani colori in cielo. |

@ Seo: In fact it takes a lot of patience to photograph without tourists around ... ;-) @ Beppe: You say the color of the sky near the sun? |

No, I was referring to the strange light green more or less above the gate, you may have a slight sunburn due to compression. Take away a curiosity. I also have the Sigma 8-16, use Lightroom to develop the raw and apply the correction of the lens, but my impression is that sometimes it is better not to fully correct. The final part of the bottom of the bench on the left is very distorted and inclined, have you tried to correct the distortions of the lens maybe only 50%? If there are horizontal lines is sometimes better. Perhaps it is the case of this photo, or you have not applied the correction of all, well, I'd like to know how you did it to gain experience. |

Beppe Hello, first of all I wanted to thank you for your comments which always denote a particular focus in assessing the photographs that not everyone has. Your suggestions and your criticisms are always justified. On the other hand looking at your picture it is clear that fans of precision of perspectives and lines ... To answer your question about the distortion I have to say that, through carelessness, I did not apply any kind of lens correction (mea culpa) because I had not noticed how distorted was the bench in the bottom left corner. I tried now and PS I solved the distortion in a few seconds. As for the green halo I once again compliment you because I just I had not noticed but in PP I saw that a decreasing pó the tone curve dark the problem disappears. Not using Lightroom does not know how to help, I try to be careful while shooting mostly vertical lines, when I use the 8 mm instead, it would be a good idea not to put visible horizontal lines at the corners, but in thisIf I made a mistake in composition due to a pó to rush to shoot handheld in the midst of many "tourists Sunday" that rightly went everywhere ;-) PS however, correct this kind of distortion, especially if there is space on the sides, is quite simple ... Ciao Claudio |

I have to say that here the glance that you had made the difference in turning a gate with a great vision as a good light. BRAVO |
