Un buon inizio....con luce sufficiente, chiudi il diaframma e utilizza un tempo di scatto più veloce.

Grazie mille a tutti dei commenti e dei consigli.
Luigi, purtroppo la luce non era proprio ottimale, il cielo è stato tutto il giorno nuvoloso e ormai era tramonto inoltrato (considerando che il sole non si è proprio visto). Per questo motivo ho scattato a tutta apertura e con un tempo brevissimo. 
Mi sono ormai convinto all' acquisto del 100-400, a discapito del sigma 150-500

Luigi, unfortunately the light was not optimal, the sky was cloudy all day and it was already sunset forwarded (considering that the sun has not just seen). For this reason I shoot wide open and with a very short time. :-)
