1- I sold this lens 3 years ago. I don't like it. 24-105 didn't work good with my 40D. That was not my favorite (for macro and landscape). Then I bought Sigma 150 macro and EF-S 18-55 IS and I like these.
2- Yes, during use of tripod you must turn off stabilizer |
