Andrea, lo sfondo è quello dello scatto e non è stato modificato in pp. Per quanto riguarda la mdc la foto l'ho lavorata con i miei "soliti parametri", però anche su un altro porciglione da me postato in passato mi è stata mossa la stessa critica. Perciò a questo punto penso che i casi siano due: o il porciglione sembra dare con il suo piumaggio particolare l'effetto di troppa mdc, oppure per le sue caratteristiche di piumaggio ha bisogno di "parametri più morbidi".
Invito chi lo volesse a dare il proprio parere in merito.

per giudicare occorre conoscere il luogo e dato che io lo conosco bene in quanto presente al momento dello scatto ( siamo ad Orbetello) posso garantire che le situazioni sono inalterate alla realtà .
Lo sfocatura è dovuta ,oltre al fatto di utilizzare un lente totale di 600mm, al fatto che il cespuglio è rasato realizzando una " piattaforma" di arbusti , così facendo la vegetazione dello sfondo risulta molto più lontana dal soggetto (lo potata io)
inoltre l'ora e l'angolazione della luce del momento donano un forte contrasto e vivi colori ( qua siamo in maremma sole e aria limpida quasi tutto l'anno )
