Non so se per colpa di una maf imprecisa, di un tempo troppo lunfo in base alla focale anche se l'ottica è stabilizzata o un limite a 300 dell'ottica stessa, ma di certo i soggetti risultano poco nitidi.

Credo sia anche colpa della compressione del file. Di sicuro non sono un esperto e l'obiettivo è, fondamentalmente, un "plasticotto".
Comunque sì, non è nitida al 100%

Significa che per ogni lunghezza di focale devo utilizzare un tempo di otturazione minimo o massimo?

si possono utilizzare tempi"lunghi" se si riesce atrovare un appoggio oppure se si è sufficientemente"allenati" ad avere una postura e una mano ferma.
ma veniamo alla tua domanda :
tu hai utilizzato un 300 mm che nella fattispecie diventano 300x1,6 = 480 mm
in questo caso " l'esperienza " consiglia un tempo come valore ALMENO uguale alla lunghezza focale ( in questo caso 1/500) maggiorato di qualcosa che può variare in base alla propria "mano" e quindi per evitare il micromosso si naviga tra 1/500 e un 1/600.
