La foto è bellissima e quasi perfetta dal punto di vista tecnico. Mi piacciono molto i colori delicati e freddi e la composizione. Mi sembra ovvio che una lunga esposizione dell'acqua non è una novità, ma cosa vuol dire? Che non la si dovrebbe usare o che deve essere considerata un artifizio per ovviare alla mancanza di bravura? Semmai voglio farti osservare che soprattutto nella versione in alta risoluzione si osservano molti hot pixels, per la cui eliminazione esistono diverse tecniche. Comunque complimenti, veramente bravo.

Innanzitutto usare la riduzione NR sui tempi lunghi, che praticamente usa la tecnica del dark frame già sulla fotocamera, cioè scatta due immagini di cui una con otturatore chiuso che confronta con l'altra precedente per eliminare gli hot pixel che si trovano sempre nella stessa posizione. Questa tecnica elimina quasi completamente gli hot pixels (ma non il rumore cromatico!). Fai una prova ... fotocamera sul treppiede, 30 secondi di esposizione di notte con e senza dark frame e guardi i risultati.
In alternativa prova a fare un'esposizione di 1 minuto, poi metti il tappo all'obiettivo e fai un altro scatto di 1 minuto. Importi le due foto in Photoshop e sottrai quella fatta col tappo dall'atra. Vedrai scomparire dalla foto solo e soltanto i pixel bruciati perchè nel fotogramma nero (il "dark frame" appunto) avrai solo quelli.
Esistono anche appositi software per l'eliminazione degli hot pixels ma non li ho mai usati.

First, use the NR reduction on long times, which pretty much uses the technique of dark frames already on the camera, that takes two images, one with shutter closed, which compares with the previous ones to remove hot pixels that are always in the same position . This technique virtually eliminates the hot pixels (but not the color noise!). Give it a try ... camera on the tripod, 30 second exposure at night with and without dark frames and watch the results.
Alternatively, try to make an exposure of 1 minute, then put the lens cap and make another shot of 1 minute. Amounts the two photos in Photoshop and subtract one made with the stopper by ATRA. You'll see from the picture just disappear and only the dead pixels because in the black frame (the "dark frame" of course) you will only ones.
There are also special software for the eliminationhot pixels but I've never used.
