Con una aps-c puoi spingerti all'occorrenza fino a f/16 ma a f/22 la diffrazione si fa davvero notare e la mancanza di dettaglio si vede tutta in questa foto, penso che un'apertura di f/11 prestando attenzione alla MAF sul display sarebbe stata più che sufficiente per questo scatto.
Ci sono forti aberrazioni cromatiche sui lampioni di sx, non le hai corrette sviluppando il raw oppure si tratta della porzione di immagine al limite del bordo del fotogramma?
Un'altro punto dove potresti intervenire è appunto nello sviluppo del RAW, se ci fai caso hai ancora margine di lavoro a dx nell'istogramma e la foto si presenta molto piatta e poco contrastata, complice anche il diaframma davvero troppo chiuso.
Con un po' di lavoro in LR potresti dare più contrasto e brillantezza all'immagine, sotto ho messo un esempio di come si potrebbe intervenire.
